
YOU WILL NEED
150g Dried Dates
50g Dried Apricots
100g Ground Almonds
2 tsp Coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp Gales Clear Honey
170g Sun-Pat Crunchy Peanut Butter
How to make

Finely chop the dates and apricots.

Add the almonds, Gales Honey and Sun-Pat Peanut Butter to the bowl.

To melt the coconut oil place it in a mug in the microwave for 10 seconds.

Pour the oil into the bowl and with your hands mix the ingredients.

Roll out walnut sized balls of the mixture and place in the fridge for at least an hour until firm.
Note: Keep in fridge or freezer, but let them come up to room temperature for 10 minutes or thaw from frozen before you eat them.
