YOU WILL NEED
300g Self-Raising Flour
75g Plain Flour
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 pinch Salt
2 tbsp Sun-Pat Smooth Peanut Butter
50g Caster Sugar
100ml Vegetable Oil
How to make
Preheat the oven to 180˚C/Gas 4.
Whisk the egg and sugar together.
Add the buttermilk, oil, and Sun-Pat Smooth Peanut Butter to the bowl and mix.
Sift in the flours, cinnamon and salt.
Lastly, fold in the raisins and pour into a greased and lined 2lb loaf tin.
Bake in the centre of the oven for around 60 minutes. (To test if it is ready, insert a metal skewer into the centre. If it is clean when it comes out, the loaf is ready.)
